Our 4cm macaron is made of almond flour, egg whites and icing sugar. We mainly use ganache for the filling. It surely provides energy, cholesterol and fat-free. A guilt-free treat that is truly insatiable!

We freshly bake our macarons before sending it to you to make sure the quality of our products. So upon receipt of your orders, it could last up until 1 week when stored properly in the refrigerator, but it could last up until 1 month if placed in the freezer.

In storing the macarons, you should placed them in an air tight container putting them in the refrigerator. This could last up to a week.

You could also put them in a thick and tight container and place them in the freezer, which would last up to a month. On the other hand, we don't recommend storing them for too long as the quality of the macarons will deteriorate.
